Engr. Marvin Trillana, PDO IV and CBS Head of KALAHI-CIDSS, served as the Resource Speaker, sharing valuable insights on enhancing the organizational, financial, and project management skills of DRMD staff and Risk Resiliency Program (RRP) focal persons.
Rooted in community organizing and people-centered development, the training equipped participants with practical tools and approaches to plan, implement, and evaluate impactful programs from the ground up.
The sessions used the ADDIE model and core project management principles to guide participants through hands-on learning experiences.
Beyond technical skills, the training also emphasized shared values, stakeholder engagement, and aligning strategies with community goalsโvital for fostering disaster preparedness and sustainable, community-led development across the MIMAROPA region.
